A sending reputation that is only yours.
For steady senders: your own sending IP, so nobody else's mail affects how yours is received.
On shared infrastructure your reputation is already isolated: bounce and complaint rates are tracked per account, and a noisy sender is paused rather than left to affect everyone else. For most senders that is the right trade, because a shared pool has an established reputation from day one.
Above roughly 3,000 emails a day, a dedicated IP starts to make sense. Your volume is enough to keep the IP warm, and receiving providers judge you on your own sending alone. It is an add-on from Pro up, cheaper on Growth, and part of the contract on Enterprise. Because an IP has to be warmed gradually, we set it up with you rather than switching it on from a settings page.
