Enterprise
Above 3,000,000 emails a month.
The same API, with the volume, commitments and paperwork a larger sender needs. Custom pricing agreed up front and invoiced monthly.
What is included
Everything on Growth, plus the things that only matter at scale.
Custom volume and overage
What you pay per additional 1,000 emails once you pass your included volume. Billed at the end of the month. Not available on Free.
90-day log retention
How long we keep each email's content. After this the record and its events stay, but the body is deleted.
99.9% uptime SLA
A contractual commitment to API availability, with service credits if we miss it.
Priority support with a named contact
A specific person who knows your account and answers your questions, rather than a shared queue.
EU data residency
Your data is stored and processed in the EU. This is true on every plan; Enterprise gets it in writing.
Dedicated IPs by contract
A sending IP used only by you, so your reputation is your own. Best for steady senders over 3,000 emails a day.
How it works
Five steps, usually a couple of weeks end to end.
- 01
Tell us what you send
Use the form below. Volume, what kind of mail it is, and anything you have to satisfy internally.
- 02
Scoping call
Half an hour to go through volume, domains, data location and whether a dedicated IP makes sense.
- 03
Contract with an SLA
A written agreement covering your committed volume, the uptime SLA and its service credits.
- 04
Onboarding with a named contact
A specific person sets you up, warms any dedicated IPs and stays your point of contact afterwards.
- 05
Invoiced billing
Monthly invoices against the agreed volume, rather than a card charge.
Questions we get asked
- Where is our data stored?
- In the EU. Account data, email records and events are stored and processed in the EU, and email is sent through infrastructure in the Stockholm region. That is true on every plan; on Enterprise it is written into the contract.
- How long do you keep the email itself?
- Enterprise keeps 90 days of email content and delivery events, against 30 on Growth. After the retention window the record stays, so ids and statuses still resolve, but the body is deleted. A shorter window can be agreed if you prefer.
- Can we have dedicated IPs?
- Yes, as part of the contract rather than an add-on. They suit steady volume above roughly 3,000 emails a day, and we warm them with you rather than switching them on cold.
- What happens if you miss the SLA?
- The contract sets a 99.9% uptime commitment on the API and the service credits that apply if a month falls below it. Credits are applied to the following invoice.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly invoices in pounds sterling against an agreed included volume and overage rate, on your payment terms. No card on file, and no self-serve plan change that surprises you.
